We are Humanity on Earth

Have you ever encountered dark energies? If you have, you might have had to protect yourself. If you have not managed with the ways you have tried, this might help. You just envision yourself being filled with Light. From the top of your head and down into the body. If you dont want to harm the dark beings that might be there, just tell them to leave first, then fill yourself with Light, slowly to give them the opportunity to leave. Then, after having told them that you will be doing this from now on, you just fill yourself with Light, every day. And Live a life in and with Light.
